Utah is doing it’s part to help the economy get back on it’s feet. One of the largest factors in a good or bad economy is Real Estate. That is why the state of Utah is having a statewide Open House. This is going to be a huge event for the entire state of Utah, and especially here in Cache Valley.
You see, here in the Logan Utah area, the real estate association has an open house to Realtors and the public every Tuesday (aka Home Tour). There are usually an abundance of homes for this event, can you imagine the quantity of homes that will be available to the public on April 10, when the entire real estate world of Utah is open to the public. So get ready Utah (especially Northern Utah), it is time for you to find the home of your dreams before the tax credit comes to an end.
