What city is ranked #1 safest metropolitan area in the United States?  That's right, Logan Utah.  Logan is also rated the nations 4th best city.  What makes Cache Valley such a great place to live?  I believe that Utah State University has a lot to do with it.  What other college town is minutes from the best skiing, great rivers, lakes, and beautiful mountains?  There is no better environment for learning.  Not to mention that Cache Valley is just a great place to live.  Being a transplant here after 24 years in CA and 7 in AZ, I can't think of another place I'd rather live.
